Starbucks - South Frontenac Township

I visit Starbucks at the super center across from Superstore as frequently as I can since i retired in May. I do this because the staff are so professional and courteous and make me feel very special. Regardless of what I purchase or how incredibly busy they are, they are friendly and helpful and do a fantastic job at meeting the requests of their customers. They don't get the recognition they deserve.

For what you pay for a specialty coffee the cup was only 3/4 full, rather disappointing ?

Very nice place. Lots of selection in drinks. Great customer service.

I was not satisfied with the drive-thru service at all. We ended up just driving past and going to another Starbucks. This is the second time we've had a disappointing experience here. We returned because we believe everyone can have an off day, but we won't be coming back again!

Today, I went to redeem some stars at the drive-thru. The employee who served me seemed to be having a tough day and felt the need to reprimand me for waiting 5 minutes before picking up my pre-ordered drink. However, she ended up handing it to me just 30 seconds later. I don't get ice in my drinks because I find fast food ice machines to be unsanitary (I've worked behind the scenes enough to know). That's why I arrive when the drink is freshly made. It’s a refresher, and it doesn't take 5 minutes to prepare when the store is empty.
