Maclove - South Euclid

They said that all the soup was from a can, and that they only had one that that they made. It was terrible. We sampled a few but it was a no for us. The staff was very nice but that honestly is all I can say that was good about this place. If you want to be known for soup, then it should be good homemade soup.

We were looking for a lat breakfast at First Watch across the street, but there was a 45-minute wait,so we came across to Zoup! and lucked out: the place was empty, but the staff were friendly, and we were able to get assorted soups and grain bowls that were both tasty and filling. And we had the place to ourselves, so it was quiet.

There are a gazillion restaurants in this area! You would think customer service and product availability would be a priority. It is extremely disappointing to enjoy an item on a menu only to get there, on SEVERAL occasions, and it’s a 50/50% chance that the item will or won’t be available. I can see if it is because the store is about to close but not the case! If you are going to shut down your menu 2 hours before closing then your doors should be closed! So Euclid, Oh

Not going back. Done. Went to lunch with a friend. Lady behind counter acted like we were bothering her. No greeting as we walked in but 2 men walked in after us, they got greeted. Maybe had to do with the color of our skin. Idk, just saying. Food over priced, Mac n cheese freezing cold but not worth asking her to warm up. Wouldn't want to bother her. Place was empty. Wonder why. Tables dirty, then dirty used boxes on certain tables so we couldn't use them. I get it. Covid. Social distancing but tape works and looks better than dirty used boxes in a restaurant. Used to go here often but no thanks. Start with nicer, kinder employees.

No I don't want chicken noodle soup that bad in taking a chance on catching COVID 19! This is REAL! Wish I could give no star for No gloves. This Zoup Server does not wear gloves while preparing a customer's soup,breads, bowels, lids etc. I kindly made hand gestures to please put on gloves and verbally asked her nicely. I received a snotty look and completely got ignored. I snapped my pic and politely visited another restaurant that make their servers wear gloves at all times in compliance to this murderous pandemic. Yuck
