Taco Bell - South Charleston

I love Tacos! It's a nice, clean place where everyone wears their masks.

I just visited this restaurant and unfortunately, I found two different hairs in two separate dishes. Additionally, the container for the grande nachos was wet, and the nachos themselves were stale. I usually don't complain about food and try to stay composed when there’s an issue, but this experience was just unacceptable.

It's an average experience at Taco Bell. These restaurants are going through tough times.

That was honest, the best food I got in a great time at this place. How refreshing that younger generation treats their customers with positive results and 100 percent customer focus. I will definitely go back. So appreciate the right order and friendly service!

Everything?s always under seasoned compared to other Taco Bell?s I?ve been to, specifically the rice. And literally 95% of the time my order is wrong or missing something. It?s to the point where I can?t pull away without pulling over and checking first. I mean, at least the people who work here are nice.
