Taco Bell - South Charleston

That was honest, the best food I got in a great time at this place. How refreshing that younger generation treats their customers with positive results and 100 percent customer focus. I will definitely go back. So appreciate the right order and friendly service!

Everything?s always under seasoned compared to other Taco Bell?s I?ve been to, specifically the rice. And literally 95% of the time my order is wrong or missing something. It?s to the point where I can?t pull away without pulling over and checking first. I mean, at least the people who work here are nice.

The guy who took my order in drive thru didnt give me any napkins. Then I asked if I could have a cupholder for my drinks; he hands me an empty cup holder and then my drinks. Then I had to ask for straws. I pulled out of the drive thru to check and see if anything else might have been missing. Silverware. Had to park the car then go inside to get silverware. I get home and hand out the food to my family and we find some extremely hard piece of bread or something in the nachos. Not worth the hassle or price.

Ordered breakfast, specifically a breakfast quesadilla. Minimal eggs, bacon, cheese. Just basically a tortilla held together by the thinnest layer of cheese. Avoiding this location from now on.

Again this Taco Bell fails to please. $5 nacho box with double chicken . Looks like exactly one tablespoon full to me. What a joke. And no, it 's not under the other toppings, shorted on what I paid for yet again.
