Subway - South Charleston

When I requested fresh peppers, chocolate, and cheese, I was put off by how unappetizing the tuna looked. The employee had an attitude and walked away to get what I asked for. This subway is usually clean and well-maintained, but tonight was far from a good experience. It was dirty, with containers that looked like they had been in the trash for weeks, and food was carelessly tossed around. People don't want to spend $30 on 5 subs only to receive poor quality toppings, so I decided to leave! I’m sorry, but I plan to go to St. Albans before I let my children eat this mess. The staff really needs proper training to keep the meat and toppings clean and fresh for the paying customers. It’s no surprise there were no other customers there.

The store was a bit dirty and not as clean as other Subway locations. Additionally, when the employee removed the soup bag from the container, all the water from underneath dripped onto the ham and turkey meat—disgusting! She also didn't wash her hands after scraping the container and disposing of the bag. To top it off, they were out of soup! I probably won't be returning to this Subway again.

The food and service have consistently been poor at this point.

Not bad prices rise.

Nice, though I don't like Mexican.
