フィードバックを提供するI went in and immediately noticed a line. I thought maybe it was just a rush. No. They had five people, and only one worked on the front. I saw the other 4 people, but three of them went to the back so they didn't have to work. The manager didn't seem to be interested. I'm not back. That's the 5th time it happened in two months. Not this particular situation, but this kind of service.
The service at this restaurant was dreadful. Despite having five staff members on duty, only one was working on the food line while the others seemed to disappear in the midst of a busy rush. The manager did help a bit with cleaning the floor and processing some transactions, but didn't really take any steps to improve the situation. This has happened for the third time in just a few weeks, and it feels like they don't care or want to be there at all.
The tables and the floor were not clean. The portion size was barely moderate as they wanted to pierce me, although there was no line and only another customer in the food @3:45pm). I gave it a chance, but like to return to Chipotle to exaggerate before I spend money back here in Qdoba.
The staff went beyond and beyond to help me. My children and I stopped eating and my hands were full as they are and the staff helped me take the food to my table. They were very friendly, made sure we had everything we needed and didn't make it take us a few minutes to find out what we wanted.
Got my order to go. Had Mom and brother coming to visit. Didn't feel like cooking so we got a Nacho Family Meal. Tons of good stuff. Black Beans, steak ,chicken, tortillas, nachos, and a bunch of sauces, guacamole, etc. Was fantastic!! Mom loved it. Qdoba saved the day!!!
