Carpenter's Arms - South Cambridgeshire

Treated me to an overnight dinner, and in any case was not disappointed. the eating was absolutely first advice I had a crab tart starter and then to follow intent. both dishes were perfectly cooked, were nice and light, and extremely tasty. service was warm and friendly, efficient but not intrusive absolutely ideal. excellent gin selection at the bar. the room in which I stayed was beautifully decorated, with real love to detail, comfortable I slept very good and the price worth. I will be back in any case!

I found this hidden gem near Cambridge to be absolutely amazing. We went for a Sunday roast, and my children enjoyed their meal, my partner said it was the best burger he had ever tasted, and I personally loved the decor and the relaxing, welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant.

My wife and I visited the carpenters arms for an early 69th birthday meal. the venue has only opened for a short time, but in our view they get everything right. eating was imaginative and well cooked, and the service was not too fast, not too slow. our server thilda was friendly and helpful. the Italian wine we chose was so good, I went online when we came home, and I ordered six bottles! at £50 per person the meal was not cheap (the portions were very generous, so we had no pudding) but we felt that it was worth every penny. highly recommended.

A very pleasant Sunday roast! everything on the plate had a purpose and tasted great. the personal was friendly and accommodating. we will definitely come back!

This is definitely the best restaurant in the Cambridge area. The prices are great and the food is exceptional. I highly recommend starting with the Rymer Richer Duck Egg.
