Perkins Bakery - South Bend

I went up to pay my bill, manager took my bill in the back was gone 10 mins came back and my bill was 10.00 dollars higher. Did not show me changes just made me pay, when I asked why she went in the back to change my bill, she said she did not put pop on there, she gave me extra charges on thing I did not have, will NEVER GO BACK, SHE IS STEALING FROM PEOPLE, WATCH OUT

My waitress was great but the food is awful. My brioche seemed like it had been soaked in water. The inside was like wet half scrambled eggs. Everything is deep fried, there is very little authentic, homemade food. Can't even get real butter. The pie is artificial and some have dye which cause hyperactivity, cancer and tumors. Check the World Health Organization. My potatoes were fried which means they are frozen. I paid 3.89 for 32 little pieces of frozen potatoes. My waitress tripped up and said she would check the box when I asked about ingredients. Then she quickly corrected herself saying they were made in house. Are they really? It had been a long time since I had been to a Perkins and I don't think I'll be back.

Not very good. The pancakes were SO dry and tough and you could probably knock somebody out with them, the syrup tasted radioactive, the eggs and bacon were ok but the hash browns were so burnt and flavorless.

Me and my husband was traveling and stopped for breakfast. I had the California Benedict. That was so good. Husband had the hearty man's breakfast and was very satisfied also. Our server was Keneisa and she was so nice. I will definitely stop by again if the area.

Love their bakery items ! Pie is killer ! But my fav has to be the giant eclairs
