Chipotle Mexican Grill - South Bend

Eating was so good, and the workers kept us entertaining all the time. the assembly of the actual food was a little slow, so they try to avoid rush hours. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend!

They give here extremely small portions! I usually find the food size too large for me at other chipole locations, but this one cannot even fill me. in particular, if ordering online and semething is out, they will no longer give them to others, so they will eat very little. I'd rather cancel my order if they can't fill it out.

Doors unlocked, four employees visible on the switch, more obvious in back-cooking, but they do not take in orders because they are short-circuited no customers inside. lazy, lazy's personal. they should all be fired. if they can support non-payable contributions as they earn their money, they should simply be closed. I will not download app so that it can tell them what to do if I stand right in front of them and can just tell them. pitiful customer service.

Hang down the worst chipotle I've ever been. Went here one evening, December 2021, because I tried to order via DoorDash and the app couldn’t locate a Dasher for me. This location had a sign on the door, stating they were closing early due to staffing. (I got there around 8:30 pm. They normally close at 10 pm There seemed to be plenty of staff behind the counter. Most weren’t wearing a mask. The food wasn’t fresh and everything was nearly out. They didn’t want to open new pans of anything. Right before their new closing time, employees were making their own food to go making what was left even less. Most of the employees behind the counter were frantically trying to clean up so they could leave. All the trash cans were overflowing onto the floor. There was a pile of to go orders that weren’t going out or being picked up. Two disheveled looking gentlemen came in and grabbed at least 6 of these bags, stealing old to go orders. Employees didn’t care but they probably don’t make enough to. I probably won’t go to this location again in the evening. My burrito definitely wasn’t worth the price since it tasted old, the portions were small since they were nearly out of everything, and it was missing romaine and guacamole (they were out I actually drove to Taco Bell to buy a side of guacamole).
