The ambiance of this hotel bar is quite laid-back. Jasmine and Jessica enhance the experience, even during busy times, treating customers like friends! The food is also reasonably priced and delicious!

The food did not match the descriptions provided, as it lacked flavor and seasoning. The service was also disappointing. Overall, I was quite unsatisfied with my experience, and I found the prices to be excessive. Additionally, they forgot to bring us our drinks. I honestly don't understand how this place stays in business given the quality of the food.

I had breakfast there for a week, and the food was decent. The highlight of my experience was the excellent service from our waitress, Erica, who always greeted us with a warm smile!

The Cafe is in the atrium which gets hot on hit days. Temperature was a bit uncomfortable so we ordered fast, ate fast and bypassed dessert. Salad was ok and the Philly cheese steak had lots of meat and cheese. It was a little dry but good none the less. Service was excellent. Very attentive waitress.

Jessica D. Was amazing and so attentive! She had a full bar all by herself and she did amazing, made sure everyone was taken care of and provided wonderful customer service always with a smile. Can?t wait to come back and visit her on my next South Bend trip.
