Papa Johns Pizza - South Beloit

Owner, employees and the bugs to the poor food preparation areas and then they claim they deliver the food but it never shows up. Total incompetence. SHUT IT DOWN!

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered 8 pizzas for a party I was having at 7 pm and our pizza tracker said it would be ready at 8:30. Our tracker app wasn't updating at all and paid $130 for all of this pizza for my party. We tried calling the number so many times with no answer and the automated voice advertising came up. At 9:30 we decided to go into the store to check on our order. There were 6 workers at least and they were all in the back screwing around. Their phone was ringing and they kept hanging it up on purpose. I asked the lady if our order was ready by chance and she told me they probably threw our ticket away. Really? I get they're busy, but they could have called me and canceled my order knowing they were busy and I would have understood just fine. But the tracker said they were preparing my order and my party was waiting for almost 3hrs and a lot of people began to leave. I will never order here again! We ended up going to Domino's and they got 6 pizzas ready hot and fresh in under 20 minutes!

I made an online delivery order and the food was delivered within the time frame but I ordered black olives and instead received green olives. I called the store and they said that they were out of black olives and someone decided to replace them with green and that I should've gotten a call asking what I wanted to to do. This was at almost 10 at night. I requested a new pizza and they said they would make it but they might not have a driver but I could pick it up. I reminded the manager that I already paid for delivery and put a tip on my card so they said they would deliver it. I called at 11:20 and the manager said that my pizza left at 11:15 I waited til 11:45 and called back and they wouldn't pick up my call. So I got a pizza they made incorrectly and no replacement and no phone call.
