Bamboo Spoon Frozen Yogurt Cafe

This placed is overpriced garbage and generic. They don't tell you the price for the frozen yogurt until after they weigh it. I ended up paying of $17 for a simple cup of frozen yogurt. Also, the staff is extremely rude and disrespectful, as they made fun of my friend's clothes in Spanish thinking we would not be able to understand it. Stay away from this place at all costs please.

For reference my standard for frozen yogurt is Menchie’s. While the flavors are definitely appealing like cake batter, cookies and cream etc. the texture is weird. It almost seems water based? I’m not sure how to describe it but there isn’t a creaminess it to at all. Even when you look at it, it looks almost grainy. I will say I like their topping selection but considering the star of the show is the froyo I likely won’t return.

$10+ for one bowl of froyo plus they had 6 workers causually sitting around talking to each other and not helping customers. Not the first time we've been here and seen this happen. Seems to be a normal occurrence.

Nice place, decently priced, and a simple ordering system… just wish I knew the wifi password…

The employees are rude and the teenager w the long hair always has a stank face every time someone walks in. They need to be trained properly. Froyo is decent.
