Serveur has a pleasant listening and despite the mask it was always very smiling. Room on the ground floor and on the first floor, accessible by stairs and lift. Meals: Entrance ceviche de dorade, really great! The flavours are balanced in terms of flavor and quantity. Plat risotto has truffle and st jacques, excellent, similar taste was there. Dessert Charlotte pear chocolate, I didn't hang, maybe by personal taste. The trolley seemed imbibed. A friend took the pineapple that didn't melt, and the taste didn't attract me. The very reasonable price for the quality of the dishes, 25€ flat entrance dessert, 22€ flat entrance. Small suggestion, the plates are not in very good condition it would be wise to replace them for a surplus value on the presentation.
I had lunch yesterday at the Hangar for a professional lunch. A great surprise: dishes and desserts are very successful and beautifully presented. Special Mention at service: fast and smiling. I'll be right back.
We were superbly welcomed by David and Charlotte who were very useful throughout our evening. We booked in a thesis pot: the service was discreet, the delicious buffet and the staff at our disposal. We highly recommend this establishment!
Tres bon accueil,serveurs suriant et disponible (large plus pour David) The dishes are of good quality, we treat with taste and visually. I simply regret that the flat formula of the day no longer exists because even if the card changes regularly, the choices are limited.
