Starbucks - Souderton

The coffee here is great, and the staff in the cozy space inside Giant are very friendly. I haven't tried any of the food items yet, but they look appealing, and those I've spoken to say they taste good.

The drinks are often very watered down and not prepared correctly. Additionally, if you arrive after 4 PM, there's a good chance they will have closed early.

Employees need more training on how to make a strawberry refresher. Light water with extra base of strawberry means I don 't want it watered down. I initially told them at the register Light water, with extra base of strawberry and she clearly wrote that on the cup, therefore there was no room for confusion. I saw them prepare it with that watered down version they have pre-made in the pitcher. Once they called me, i tasted it to make sure it was maybe just a color issue, however that was not the case, it was water with a hint of flavor. I told them it was watered down and i requested extra base of strawberry, they took my drink, threw some out, only to add more of that pre-mixed watered down refresher ???????? .... c 'mon, it ain 't that difficult. If they want to cut cost just charge me extra for the extra strawberry base, however if I 'm paying $6 for a drink, at least make it good. There is a handful of Starbucks locations that DO get it right. What is being requested is not impossible.

Very quick and easy order ... went in with my brother for quick coffee.
