I order the fajita veggies with my bowl and I didn?t get any peppers& onions so I drove back to Chipotle they told me that they are out of them. I personally need that in my Mexican food to enjoy it. Theycouldn?t give me my money back because they aren?t allowed he said you have to go online to do that. I called first and got arobot then finally was to be connected to a human but they didn?t pick up. I was happy a Chipotle opened near me but I guessit?s back to Quakertown if they can?t get it together. My son had a bowl tonight he said again they must be out of the fajitaveggies because he ordered it and didn?t receive them. I don?t understand why they under order peppers and onions this is aMexican restaurant after all!!!
Nobody was in line ahead of us, and the 5 workers just went about their business filling online orders as if we weren't standing there. When we got our burritos they were a mess. They were out of some food options (chicken). Our tortilla chips were stale. They were out of knives, forks, straws, small drink lids, sauce cups. Every trash can was overflowing and the counter where wesat to eat was filthy. When we left, there were about 9 or so people in line. I can only imagine how long they're going to haveto wait
Disappointing meal and inattentive staff! I ordered a salad with chicken, vegetables, cheese, and sour cream. The person at the counter informed me they were out of lettuce but could offer some shredded instead. There were only two employees, and they seemed more interested in chatting with each other than attending to me. When their friends arrived, they spent even more time socializing with them. In the end, what I received was a bowl filled with fajita vegetables and black beans, topped with sour cream. There was barely any lettuce, hardly any chicken, and just a few random pieces of steak mixed in. This is a poor representation of the Chipotle chain, which used to be quite good.
EDIT: I'm shocked at how terrible the other reviews are. I posted my review before checking them out, and I'm not surprised to hear others had issues with their orders too. That said, during my three visits, my bowls were well-portioned. Still, after reading about some customers getting sick and employees dropping food on the floor, along with claims of stale food, I don't think I'll be returning and wasting my money.
This is one of the worst-run Chipotle locations I have ever visited. Although it's close to me, I often choose to drive to a different Chipotle to place my order. It's evident that most of the staff are disinterested and unhappy to be there. Don’t waste your time emailing Chipotle’s corporate office about poor experiences; it seems they've given up on this store. If you must go, avoid dinner time—they are frequently out of food items like guacamole and fajitas. When I asked the staff about this, they mentioned that they have the ingredients but simply didn’t prepare them, and they refused to make more guacamole and fajitas at 6 PM, even though they close at 10 PM. This location has been a total disappointment. I even took a picture of the rotten guacamole they sold us—it tasted awful and smelled bad. I emailed Chipotle about it, but received no response. The service here is unacceptable, and serving us such poor-quality food is inexcusable.
