"It's interesting to note that at Dunkin' Donuts, the staff I typically encounter are mostly from the Indian demographic. It was refreshing to see someone who didn't conform to that pattern. The woman who assisted me was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and she made me a delicious vegan milkshake. It featured vegan cake batter-flavored ice cream blended with almond milk. It was both filling and tasty. I hope they introduce more vegan flavors in the future, but overall, I was very pleased with the service from both workers during my visit."

My wife, son, and I visited today, and the staff member was absolutely lovely. She gave our son a complimentary pumpkin, provided him with a free cup of water, and served our ice cream right away! She was exceptional, and we’re eager to return.
