There's outdoor seating with a canopy but there is no restroom so plan accordingly (there is a grocery store nearby which is nice). I recommend the healthy burrito, it is vegan and is delicious. I can't eat a lot of nightshades so they substitute fresh avocado instead of potatoes for me. I also will order nachos with no cheese, add beans, rice, guacamole, lettuce, onion and lime and they have pickled carrots and salsa on the side. The prices are extremely reasonable for the amount of food they serve. My spouse and I can split a burrito and my family of 4 can split the nachos and still have left overs. They use vegetable oil (so not completely WFPB compliant) but NO lard so that's a win. They also have lots of vegetarian options.
Next to thai, the only vegan food in the city. I'm going almost every day. only the problem with these sites for vegan is that they use the common equipment, maybe they will learn. updated by previous review on 2021-02-25
Pablito was on a laune and so glad I did. her menu says that they have vegan and vegetarian options. easy to communicate with the staff and the portions are huge! the healthy choice burrito is amazing. I asked for no potato cactus mix and they added a tonne fresh avocado without even asking me!
I love this taco truck and eat much more here than I want to admit. they are very much on my nutritional needs and so friendly. there are seats in the open with a soon-axle, but there is no toilet room so plan accordingly (there is a food store near, which is beautiful). I recommend the healthy burrito, it is vegan and is delicious. I can't eat a lot of cakes so they can replace fresh avocado instead of potatoes for me. I will also order nachos without cheese, bucamole, salat, wobbles and limette and they have carrots and salsa on the side. the prices are extremely appropriate for the quantity of food they serve. my spouse and I can share a burrito and my family of 4 can share the nachos and still have remnants. they use vegetable oil (so not fully WFPB compliant), but NO-Lard, so is a victorious they also have many vegetarian options.
Get their pastor and chicken street tacos. You won't be sorry.
