フィードバックを提供するI ordered their tangsuyuk and jajangmyeon (jajang noodles) for takeout and they were fantastic. I was worried that the tangsuyuk would lose its crispiness but it was packaged perfectly to keep it from getting soggy, with the sauce on the side. The prices seem a little high, but you'll enjoy a delicious meal in return.
Definitely five stars. Service is quick, prompt, and kind. The menu selection is focused to be good. The flavors are mild when they should be and spicy when they should. Lots of good sesame oil when called for, and the kimchi is balanced. Good soups and dishes for a cold nite, and their cold noodles are great in summer.
I absolutely adore her GanJajang and Jabtangbab; they were unbelievably delicious! The ingredients were incredibly fresh, abundant, and expertly seasoned. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return. The owner was very friendly as well; he even provided me with a parking permit, which made parking a breeze!
Edited on 9/4/22: This restaurant is still fantastic! I've been coming here since high school, and it never disappoints. They've recently updated their menu and now offer Kalbi (see picture), which I am absolutely obsessed with! It's my new favorite dish. The small pancakes are a global favorite. My go-to entrées are the Bulgogi and Gganpoongi (spicy fried chicken), but the Kalbi is a fantastic addition. I also love the jjajangmyeon (black bean noodles)! You truly can't go wrong at this wonderful family restaurant. The staff is amazing and friendly! Great food and outstanding service—this is definitely my favorite spot!
Buk Kyung is one of the best hidden gem Korean restaurants in the Boston area. The service is always quick and attentive, and the food arrives promptly, consistently delivering delicious flavors. The prices are very reasonable, and the portion sizes are generous enough to satisfy at least two people. It's definitely one of my current favorite restaurants!
