POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, called in to place an order, and the person I Spoke to Very Rude) asked me if Im paying cash or card, wich I responded card and I will pay when I pickup the food. So she responded back with a really bad attitude, they wont make my food until i pay in full. My question here is, why offer the service to order in advance if you are not going to really do it. I dont want to go and wait like 30 mins for my food thats the reason i wanted to order in advance, to just go pay and pickup) , I dont feel comfortable providing my Credit/Debit card info over the phone. I never had this issue with another restaurant.

The girl over the phone to take the order was rude and had major attitude. I've been there 3 times and the wait is long even if pre-ordered. When it comes to the sopes they are so good! No complaints with the food at all just the customer
