Domino's Pizza - Somerset

Shout out to Tyler for delivering my za and poultry with efficiency and zero issues.

Ordered a pizza with tomato sauce on a online order picked it up and it had Alfredo sauce on it. I called and the only solution they had was to remake but I would have to pay for it again. Terrible service would not recommend.

I had a terrible experience with this restaurant. I ordered two medium pizzas for delivery and was quoted a 30-minute wait. An hour later, when no pizza had arrived, I called to follow up. The employee informed me that I shouldn’t have been given the 30-minute estimate since they were backed up; the actual wait time was 45-60 minutes. I understood but mentioned that it had already been 60 minutes and asked if they could check on my order. After being put on hold, I was told it would be another 30 minutes because the pizzas had just come out of the oven. An hour and a half for two medium pizzas? Come on, people, get it together. This is ridiculous!

I visited this restaurant after a trip to Target, and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly, and the food was prepared quickly. Unlike other Domino's locations, they actually provided a generous amount of Alfredo sauce in the pasta bowl. The cashiers initially overcharged me, but the girl at the other register noticed it right away, corrected the mistake, and charged me the right amount. I was really impressed by her attentiveness. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely be coming back.
