Excellent customer service from the food and beverage team! Kudos to them! However, the reception service leaves much to be desired. The reception staff would benefit from spending a shift in the restaurant to retrain and improve their customer service skills.

I made a reservation thinking the restaurant was open, but it turned out to be closed, so I ended up having a sandwich instead. I'm not pleased with the experience.

My only complain was the restaurant said they don’t open until 7pm and we had booked a table for 5.30pm. They accommodated us so no real issue, but it could have been Thank you

I'm sorry to say that the restaurant did not meet expectations in any area. First, it didn't open until 7 PM. Second, the staff seemed inexperienced. Finally, the food had to be returned.
