Grub Thai - Snowmass Village

Incredibly delicious and authentic Thai! It’s a small place so I noticed a lot of take-out orders, but me and 3 others dinned in. It looked like one woman taking orders and waiting tables with maybe one cook in the back. The flavors, sauces and veggies were fresh, the shrimp I had cooked perfectly. Everyone enjoyed their choices and I only wish I had been more hungry, I would have tried everything!!!

Just Don't Go1. The food quality is so bad. Fried rice is sticky and watery. Broccoli in the dish wasn't cooked through. Worst Thai food I have ever had.2. The lady at the front desk is ridiculously rude. I complained about the food to her and she said they have been cooking this way for four years. Excuse me?? I was literally shocked. Is this the right way people do business and treat their customers?? She also said I should complain at the very beginning instead of half way of my meal. How can I know the food is bad before I taste it?3. 20% mandatory tip.I got refund. But such bad experience ruined my day. Won't go there again!

One star removed due to automatic tip added for counter service. Stopped in for a quick bite while skiing. Rangoon was good, and egg roll was much more of a spring roll, but ok. Pricing was not great for what you get. Definitely better options very nearby.

This restaurant has great food and great location. I had pad Thai chicken and beef. The first night I requested spicy chicken, and it wasn’t nearly as spicy as I wanted. The next night I tried the pad Thai spicy beef and asked for “extra spicy”. Now this was made perfectly with a ton of heat! Great flavor, very authentic flavors and friendly people

Came back a yr later im changing my rating from 5 to 1 stars. The wait was excessively long for take out 20ish min. Food was warm not hot. And super super overpriced for portion size. $23 for noodle dish w tofu barely any veggies. Would’ve been $27 for dine in bc they add on a service charge. The woman at counter was also extremely unfriendly.
