Cook Out - Snellville

Wowzers! Wait was 20 min+ for the drive through. Which normally is fine because the food is fresh hot. This time fries okra soggy. Hot dogs were burned crispy chicken wrap was burned also. We trashed the entire order. Took one photo in the car beforedumping the entire order.

Not sure you could get any closer to Heaven than Cookout in ole Snellville, Ga. The staff are always so so kind and funny, especially at 2am when most are cranky and ready to go home. They handle the mad rushes with ease and professionalism and thewait isn?t ever horribly long. It always moves fast. Clean facility in general. Definitely my first go to burger and shake spot,no matter where I?m at.

The drive-thru was a bit slow. It seemed like I didn't receive a double order of the cheese bites, but at least they were hot. The shake was thick and delicious.

Absolutely ridiculous! We waited 25 minutes for our food. I ordered a strawberry milkshake, but they never informed me that they were out of strawberries until I went to check on why our milkshake hadn’t arrived with our drinks. One guy in front of us was so fed up with waiting that he asked for a refund. Thirty minutes after he left, they finally brought out his order and called his number. Our order, however, was still incomplete. We waited another 20 minutes for our onion rings. By that time, everyone else had finished eating, so I went to check on the onion rings, only to find that the cashier had left our receipt taped to the front counter and had never told the kitchen to refire them. After waiting an additional 10 minutes, we finally received three burnt onion rings. This was the most horrible experience ever, and I will never return. There was no manager in sight to help resolve the situation, and every order brought out was wrong.

This restaurant is a classic. My family always enjoys dining here for fast food, and this visit was no exception. The food was tasty, and the service was predictably average and somewhat indifferent, but it doesn't really matter as long as they get our order right. Don't you think?
