American Deli - Snellville

The price for food is too high for the quality I received yesterday. I ordered a 15 piece of wing meal to share with my son. I got a peigon drum. The piece of bird was so small. How can you count that honestly? I'll never get back to this place. The consideration you have for a paying consumer is not particularly appreciated when you charge the nerve for the splitting of flavors.

This is one of the most terrible American deli. Bad customer service. They don?t get order right. This has happened before tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Seems like staff is more worried about person life then taking care of customers. Needs new management and new staff!!!

Not all American Deli?s are made the same. I ordered from this location on accident online w/ Uber Eats. Went to Centerville location to find that out. Went to correct location and picked up my lemon pepper and garlic parmesan . Lemon pepper was okay. Fry?s were okay but the garlic Parmesan were coated in some slimy cheese sauce that was really unappealing. Disgusting.don?t buy the garlic parm.

Went and got ordered yesterday, fries were not even cooked completely. Service has been kind of of rude.... I've been a regular at American Deli for years; take family all the time, and would always refer this location to everyone. Not anymore. Customer service and courtesy goes a long way. Lately its not been good at all!!

The fries and wings were hard and old. I paid an extra .50 for honey hot but they were just hot. Paid an extra 1 for honey lemon pepper with extra honey. When we got the order it clearly didn't have extra honey. I was told I had to pay extra for more honey. When I showed her my receipt for the extra charge she said that's what extra looks like and if I wanted more I had to pay more money. That's my last time going there. Too many other places to choose from.
