Waffle House - Smyrna

My wife and I loved every aspect of Waffle House. The food and the staff were fantastic. A big shoutout to my favorite server, Logan! It was so good that I returned the next day, and the entire team did not disappoint. Many thanks for their wonderful Southern hospitality!

The employees were quite rude during my visit. The chef and the African American woman at the register displayed irate and out-of-control behavior on June 30 at 6:45 PM. I have no desire to return to this restaurant due to their unprofessional conduct. Additionally, I noticed that they did not wash their hands after handling money and food. The chef touched various items and then proceeded to pull meat out of the freezer without washing his hands first.

I can’t believe I’m giving a Waffle House a 5-star rating, but this location truly deserves it. The servers were attentive and courteous, the restaurant was clean (including the menus!), and our food arrived promptly.

I waited for 30 minutes and the chef told the host that the people who came after me were next. it became clear that he was moved with prejudice. I was surprised to see that the behavior was shown here. after waiting for 30 minutes and no one ever told me they would be short with me. when I waited and many customers were treated before me, I observed that chef could not wash his hands. chef never washed his hands even once after so many things in the kitchen. this chef has been disrespectful to me in the past. his name is jeremy. he called me several times. that is unacceptable. I was so disappointed by his experience and his previous experience. that weeping, the order was rude, uncontrolled and out of control. she refused to give me the original entry with her name and to reprint it without her name in order to avoid the feedback she knew was also entitled. she was very unprofessional, kept me waiting for 30 minutes. she left six people before me. then she told me that I had to take out my lunch at 19 o'clock. obviously I was there before this time. I can't even believe that the unprofessional is displayed. see the other Google reviews that had similar problems. I do not recommend you to come to this restaurant. do not waste their time or are stressed by the bad behavior. both workers must be fired. they acted as if they owned the business themselves and could do what they ever wanted, whatever and rude for their customers and let them wait. this experience broke the camel 's back, my intention is not to go back periode point empty no commas.

It was very clean. The waitress gave great service and the cook done an excellent job cooking our food. Keep up the excellent work! Definitely going back.
