Taco Bell - Smyrna

This Taco Bell dies with Ubereats. Three times I had riders THERE, but after waiting for an hour and waiting for them in the parking lot, they're breaking the order. A driver said he was waiting for 15 minutes, but my order was 30 minutes ahead. I won't give orders anymore.

Went through drive through about 2:30pm today for lunch and placed 2 orders. Both had the Chedder chalupa cravings box and the 2nd order with a regular chalupa. When I got back to the office, I was not able to eat this as it was burnt beyond belief and was not edible, as I was not able to go back to the store and get an edible one due to going on my lunch break at work, I just trashed it. The non chedder one was edible. I had stopped going to Taco Bell for the lack of food quality, looks like I am not going back because the quality still SUCKS!!!!!

Stopped in to get one of my favorite meals, the sausage AM Crunchwrap, only to be told at the drive through that this location doesn?t serve breakfast. They even have a breakfast sign out front. Super disappointed.

Rude, and over charged. Went for happy hour and got charged full price, then she didn't give me my money back! Never going back.!!!

Came to eat there and no AC and its 90 degrees outside. Bought my food and the lettuce was really limp due to the heat in that restaurant. Feel sorry for the workers who have to work till 4am. The food really has gone way down lately .Its not the same too many items on the menu that have to keep up with so the food quality has gone down. Just went there today Oct 8 2019 my crunch wrap only had a head of lettuce in it my burritos I ordered didn't have sour cream that I got charged for. Very disappointed ??.
