Taco Bell - Smyrna

Finally! I've found the best Taco Bell where they always get my order right at the drive-thru. Bravo! Thank you for a job well done!

The staff and management are absolutely fantastic! You’re all doing an amazing job—keep it up! I just encouraged my family and friends to visit because I truly believe they should. Jeremy, the manager, is doing a great job! I’ll probably return with my nephews this Friday after the football game. I can already tell they’ll be spending my money like there’s no tomorrow!

Last night, I ordered using the mobile app, making both my order and payment through it. Upon my arrival, I pressed the button in the app to let them know I was there, then drove up to the speaker only to be told, "Sorry, we’re closed." I went to the window and saw no one inside, but it was clear that employees were there since everything else was up and running. After waiting ten minutes and considering calling 911 to check if something had happened to the employees, someone finally approached the window. She informed me that they were closed and I'd need to contact Taco Bell for a refund. When I asked why the app took my order and my payment, she said she had no idea. I tried calling the restaurant for two hours with no response. I also called the 1-800 number and was put on hold for 30 minutes. I’m writing this while on hold, and then I just got disconnected. Now, when I try to call back, the first call indicated a 10-minute hold time but cut off after 42 minutes. On my second call, they said I’d have to wait 15 minutes, but after 6 minutes, that changed to 25 minutes. It seems like the main office must be the issue, teaching the stores to operate like this. Now, my hold time has hit 45 minutes—how does that even happen?

Ordered Door Dash and the order was completely wrong. It was missing 3 items and 3 other items were incorrect. The items that WERE correct were pathetic looking. Slapped together with barely any meat. How hard is it to read a screen and prepare what's onit?! And these people want $18/hour to do substandard work! GTFOH

The hours listed on Google were accurate, my food was delicious and ready in no time. Additionally, the staff was very friendly. Although this location is not the nearest to my apartment, I will definitely keep coming back for my late-night Taco Bell cravings.
