Old South -b-q - Smyrna

Great barbecue and a current disregard for mask requirements. All employees are wearing masks but no customers are required. The food is great. Onions rings, chili, Brunswick stew and green beans were all well prepared and tasty. My friend said the ribs were also very good.

The best BBQ in GA. The best Brunswick stew anywhere. I have never had better! The staff are just as good as their food! It really lives up to it's name!

Everything is always served with love. When you try it you will know!

Great food but even better service. Joy is the queen of hospitality and always makes you glad you came. It’s so great to visit a place that remembers what true service and establishing an awesome atmosphere is all about!!

This place feels like home. you go into the door and first you get a hug of woman joy (owners) her parents began the restaurant and her family keeps it upright. eating is amazing, the atmosphere is comforting. it is a perfect place for all to house southern folk and a great place to introduce all friends who are not from the south. the sweet tee is great, and I will order the Brunswick stone, to go every time, so I have a little for work. the pig is phenomenal and the bark should die for. my hubby really loves that huh. cannot go wrong with the sweet and hot Bbq sauce.
