フィードバックを提供するI ordered a chicken quesadilla with French fries, but instead, I received a cheese quesadilla. I had to go home only to realize that my order was incorrect. You have no issue taking my money, yet you couldn’t get my order right. Additionally, no condiments were included in my meal. I'm really disappointed.
I'd recommend skipping this place and choosing a different restaurant. They unexpectedly closed their dining room in the middle of service. Even if there are other patrons dining inside, they will refuse to serve you. It's disappointing because the food isn't bad. Honestly, even Taco Bell doesn't operate this way; they would still serve customers.
Much better than taco bell. they use real ingredients and I don't have to go on the next day on the toilet like I have with taco bell. del taco also has its order not wrong as taco bell in the last 35 years.
The service is very poor, with excessively long wait times. I had to wait 9 minutes on the intercom, and the line of cars was wrapped around the building. As for the food, it was just mediocre.
TRASH TRASH TRASH. The manager on duty tonight took it upon himself to agressively interrupt the girl taking my order to make a point of how fresh their ingredients were, how long the cook them for and why. All because, he felt like the rep wasn 't giving a good enough description of the taco salad. When I the customer felt like she did a great job explaining herself to me while he aggressively awkwardly cut her off. Not knowing her description would determined if i was allergic to any ingredients or not, yet his focus was on being loud, wrong and rushing me through the line of only myself and 1 car behind. When in all actuality he slowed the line even more because as he stood outside the entire time watching me order I now wanted answers as to why he aggressively interrupted my order with unsolicited ingredient descriptions, cook times and how California Corporate was going to be down their back about the time she spent informing me on the taco salad ingredients. After him trying to move me forward in a line of myself and a car behind me, I let him know drive through times would be the last thing Corporate would contact him about tonight 's shift. He did not like that and decided to not sale me my food which doesn 't hurt me it hurts Del Taco. Mind you I 've come here for the 3 years they 've been open for business and never had a problem ordering or anyone taking my order let alone asking questions. While he 's been there 4 months and I 'm sure raising all hell. I suggest corporate pulling the cameras facing the drive through as well as the back door by the drive through or the recording of the order and interaction itself. I 'd give them no stars but it won 't let me post without atleast 1.
