Chick-fil-a - Smyrna

As expected, the drive-thru service was incredibly fast, even with a long line. Just a heads up, if you choose to go inside the restaurant, the service takes longer—I waited about 10 minutes for my food. However, it was fresh and tasted really good!

The service here was incredibly rude. The staff ignored guests and even yawned in my face while taking my order, showing a complete lack of willingness to help. When I asked for assistance, a lady just walked right past me. Another cashier was busy at the moment but did end up helping me, though the overall experience was disappointing. For a Chick-fil-A, known for its customer service, this location was the absolute worst! They need to improve!

Like many other Chick-fil-A locations, the drive-thru lines can get quite long. Fortunately, this particular spot is quick and efficient. The staff is friendly, and the food comes out just as expected.

ALWAYS nice, patient so helpful. I have a complicated order with lots of extra stuff on the side they always get it right. I get spicy filet with extra salsa yogurt parfait with 3 packs of granola. So yummy So thankful for this consistentchicfila! Frosted coffees are DELICIOUS too.

This location on Thornton Rd gave me my first ever bad customer experience at any Chick-fil-A. I ordered and paid for lunch on the mobile app and went to the store to pickup. When I got to the window I was asked to pay. I explained that I had a mobileorder and showed my receipt. The manager, Stephanie said there was a problem on her end and she would not give me my orderunless I paid again. In the name of customer etiquette, she should have accepted my receipt, gave me my order, and resolved theproblem after the lunch rush. Instead, she called the police to have me removed from the drive thru. Yes...the police. I had tocall the corporate office to receive a refund. I will never spend another dime at this location.
