Baskin-robbins - Smyrna

When the Dasher got there after 58 min I received several calls that Baskin Robbins was out of a lot of what we ordered. I changed my order several times over the phone because of this. when I finally got my order at 72 min everything except one was wrong and or missing. we ordered six items and got 3 and only 1 out of three were what was actually ordered even tho I was over the phone changing flavors because they didn't have the original picks and that came wrong also! I understand that this happens but the order should not have been accepted in the first place by Baskin Robbins and should not have waited over an hour to say they were out of all the flavors! I wasn't able to get my money back right away and I wasn't waiting another hour plus for my kids ice cream.

This is the second time I've ordered, and my order has been messed up again. How hard is it to make a Triple Scoop ice cream? It seems like whoever is preparing it keeps giving me only two scoops. If I pay for three, I expect to get three.

Delicious food at a great price! They did forget our peanut butter sauce, but it was still a delightful experience. Everything arrived well-packaged and unmelted.

I ordered a fresh pack of chocolate and a fresh pack of Oreo cookies and cream, but I received a pre-packaged container of chocolate and a pre-packaged container of rainbow sherbet instead. It's so frustrating! They consistently mess up my orders.

Horrible. They get our order wrong every time.
