Hardee’s - Smithville

Staff is always friendly and food is always fresh. My only complaint is the use of coupons. I get A LOT of Hardee's coupons. The staff seems to be confused on which coupons I can use one time and which ones I can hold onto and use again during a certain time period. A manager once told me that the paper ones are one time use but the plastic ones can be kept and used throughout the dates on the card. But then, I've had employees keep the plastic ones and say you can't use them again. It's not a real big deal, I'd just like to know going in if I'll be able to use a coupon if I have one.

Visit this location several times a week. I usually don’t leave reviews but I have to let it be known about the excellent employee here. Nicole goes above and beyond customer service for it being a fast food joint. She is good with the customers ,came out to our table to see if we needed anything or wanted refills and she does so well managing her shift. She is always running around helping everyone. I believe it was Wednesday when we visited and we did not receive the same service as we do when she is there the place seemed chaotic. Also evening shift is lacking but we have definitely seemed so much improvement when we dine in for breakfast. Nicole is definitely an asset to this very busy store.

Probably the best experience we’ve had at Hardee’s. Jeremy the shift leader, was excellent, and very friendly even through a drawn out order lol. Best service and great food ??

To much of a cost for family to eat here anymore Kid-friendliness: Cost to much for my family to eat at 10 a pop there is 8 of us

Hardee’s it’s expensive “fast food” joint to eat at but I always go here it’s worth the price I pay for the customer service I received. I went a month ago for lunch and it’s was “so” so”. I went today much better experience chicken tenders and fries were all fresh and hot!!!!!! Nicole even brought our food to us and halfway in our visit our meal she asked if she could refill our drinks I have never been to a Hardee’s that offered table service before. Will definitely be back when I come through town. One complaint is the music was too loud out in the dining area.
