Buona Sera - Smithtown

Extremely rude! the kerl at the pizza counter stared at my man. after our order he put the pizzas in the many for less than 2 minutes, fetched them out and immediately in the box, then threw the box on the counter and left. we were the only person at the time, so we knew it was our job. but with such a terrible and rude attitude I must write this critique to complain. it should be better people for this job. this pizzeria was so beautiful and welcoming. I don't understand when it's been. very sad!

Placed an order for catering and was told the prices are more than the menu prices. Ok no problem got a quote and was told they'd call back on Wednesday for payment. No call so called today Thursday we called and the guy tells us it's gonna be 60 more than orig quote and was super nasty about it. So we canceled the order and he started to become excited so we disengaged the call. Terrible way to do business.Took my business elsewhere and was treated excellent, got a total extra tray of food for 60 less.Three hundred plus dollar order.

If you want to be made like you're bothering the guy who works there the owner I believe by giving him your hard earned money then by all means spend it here. I used to work at another job with a woman who worked there and said the boss constantly made her uncomfortable and seemed to have that can't be bothered with customers attitude with everyone. The food is meh at best and he tends to burn the pizza too. There's a few other pizza options in the area that all seem to appreciate the business that walks in their doors.

Ordered from them twice, both times orders were made wrong. One time a salad with no nuts bc of an allergy when I called they said they didn’t have anyone to deliver the right order and did I still want it…my dinner?? Second time no special instructions and they still messed up their own menu items. It’s unfortunate but I’d never order from them again what a hassle and waste of money.

I stopped there today to bring my wife a slice of pizza in the nursing home...I knew that buona Sera would not let me down. Well the ice cold pizza Went right in the garbage. This was only 8 to ten minutes later. Thanks..bona sera....enjoy the 9 bucks!
