Dunkin' - Smithfield

I waited in line for 5 minutes without anyone saying a word, which is ridiculous. There were 12 people just walking around doing nothing. The management is lacking.

I waited for five minutes without receiving any assistance, despite at least five staff members being behind the counter. They all walked past us without saying a word. Eventually, I decided to leave. Please, learn how to do your job.

My top favorites are the chocolate honey glazed, maple frosted, and Boston cream!

Probably the slowest dunkin i've ever been to, always a line, forgot part of my order before

I like this location. The manager there is do very nice and he works really hard. It's just that lately, when it's busy especially, it takes 6+ minutes or longer for each order. Now, that may not seem like a lot, but if you are 4 cars back, that's a 20-30 min wait. I don't know if it's because it's a popular place to go for landscaping companies or what. If they have 6 guys with them and they all order food and drinks, it overloads the process. Sometimes, there are 3 landscaping companies there at the same time....ohhh boy, that's when I go to the other Dunkin down rt. 7.
