La Trinite Sluis

A very pleasant surprise! We had already walked past it a number of times during our visits to Sluis. Via via then booked here and certainly did not regret it! From aperitif cocktail to coffee you will be spoiled by the young, passionate team. They all have a kind word for their guests. Empty glass of water? Refills almost immediately. Crumb on the table? Wipes off after each pass. Empty glass of wine? Will be added without hesitation. It's those details, combined with the delicious dishes in the chef's menu that make this place so special. If possible: take the macaron with Foie Gras as an aperitif, really irresistible! Thank you for a wonderful evening and see you next time!
