Supermac's - Sligo

Very poor quality photos say it all. Chips must have been cooked a few times hard and rubbery. Chicken wrap had two small Goujons with a hint of lettuce and sauce and cold.

I ordered online. 1, you have to accept the cookies (information type) to use the online order system with Android OS. There is no way around this as the pop up blocks the finish and pay icon. 2, I specified a pick up time. The online system ignored it. It displayed my pick up time as (soon as possible). To fix this I called and they answered straightaway and also had my order right there. Very good. 3, There is a 50 cent online charge. 4, When I arrived for pick up my food wasnt ready but the order was there so 1/2 ok. I just said my name and we started from there... The plus food was hot and fresh, the negative is why bother with online? The place was very busy at that time. No straw in the bag, you have to get it yourself at the counter. I would go to Supermac's about once a month. The food is good and they never get the orders wrong. Atmosphere is 3/5 as it was like the wild west in there at that time on my side of the counter. On the service side they seemed to be in control.

Not a huge fan of their wrap packaging and they forgot a sauce, otherwise, good lads

Visited later in the evening so it was quiet. Did was ok, chicken tenders i purchased were little tougher and drier than I've experienced in other Supermacs that made them fresh. Chips were fresh and saved the meal

Needs to have opening and closing times displayed clearly. Food was great staff lovely but you could feel them willing you to leave as it was closing time. They were very polite but if I had realised how near closing time it was I may not have become over relaxed.
