Buffalo Wild Wings - Slidell

Don’t be misled by the exterior; inside, it’s a typical Buffalo Wild Wings. The bar staff is friendly, and there are plenty of sports on TV. They even stayed open late for a UFC event we wanted to watch, which was a nice touch!

Shelby always greets Angie by name with a big smile, remembers details from her previous visits, tries to save her favorite table, and knows her preferred drinks. She embodies everything you want from a local establishment that you visit weekly. Shelby goes above and beyond her duties and genuinely enjoys seeing her customers. Angie hasn’t been herself during her visits over the past few weeks, especially since she’s not working, which has affected her ability to come in regularly. When Shelby noticed Angie’s struggles, she discreetly handed her a card with a personal note. Shelby made Angie feel valued and missed, bringing some much-needed sunshine into her life. She understood that Angie was going through a difficult time—not because anyone told her, but by reading Angie’s demeanor. The card contained a heartfelt message that truly lifted Angie from a very dark moment. Shelby took her own time and money to let Angie know how much she was missed and expressed how disappointed she would be if Angie stopped coming to BWW. Buffalo Wild Wings is incredibly fortunate to have Shelby on their team. Her compassion, keen observation, and genuine concern for her customers are remarkable. Kieshon was an exceptional server. He attended to a single mother whose young daughter was having a tough time. Despite the situation, he was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure the mother could enjoy her meal in peace. Thank you for your kindness!

Good time with friends! And had a good chat with the manager!! I wanted to catch the Uga game and I found out I messed it up, but... she pulled the game on her phone and showed me the score!!

My wife loves her new kinda of buffalo wings... According to her the teriyaki wings were delicious.So next time I will have to go check it out!!
