Our dinner at Gastro Vista was an amazing experience. The food was delicious and the desert was unforgettable. They even picked us up at our apartment. Would definitely visit again. An amazing experience and the best way to end our trip!

I just wanted to leave a review for this amazing hidden gem and then I came across the recent one star reviews just beneath and I can not ignore what those people wrote. We have been 6 people 4 of us are in the fine dining industry, 2 head chefs and one has a Michelin star so we were on a yacht trip and came across Gastro Vista recommended by our skipper. All of us have traveled the world and eaten in the best restaurants world wide. This was by far the most unique dining experience we had during our trip and everybody shared the same opinion among us. The food was amazing, it had so much character it is simple, honest and high quality fish, seafood and meat combined with extremely tasty vegetables and salads from the garden and homemade bread (10/10 it was amazing!! . Toni recommended a few bottles of very nice wine that just went perfectly with each course. I think that approximately € 70, per person for the food are far from “too much” and for the 3 courses. Those guys who commented that it is a tourist trap most probably have never left their own country. This is far from a tourist trap it is more like a secret little gem worth every penny and more. People who appreciate great, local, honest food and good quality will love this place. For those who think this is expensive honestly please go to Mc Donald’s and don’t ruin our industry. Please keep up the good work guys, you are one of the reasons I will definitely return to Croatia!

Izuzetno negativan! Temeljem rezervacije mailom, na vrijeme, ZABORAVILI su osigurati ručak za 22 ljudi!ručak je trebao biti u 16.00sati, apolazak u 18.00 sati. Ništa od ručka nije bilo pripremljeno, slijedilo je duuugo čekanje za praznim stolom,bez riječi isprike osoblja, a kamo li vlasnika. Zatim slijedi improvizacija svega pomalo što im se našlo i rezervi ili su dostavili s neke druge lokacije, pršuta, paštete,pašte, par ribica, krvavi kotleti, polusirovi koje smo si trebali razrezati i podijeliti na tri stola. Jeza! Isto je bilo i s desertima, desetak deserata za 22 ljudi. Savjet:ne skrećite u taj restoran. jedino što valja je pogled na uvalu. Nakon te gastro kalvarije u 20.00 sati smo krenuli za Zagreb. Mogla bih još u detalje, ali zauzelo bi previše prostora.

Sehr gutes Essen, ausgezeichneter Service und gute Stimmung. Das Essen wird hier zwar ohne Karte bestellt aber man zwischen verschiedenen traditionell angerichteten Gerichten entscheiden z. B. Fisch oder Schwein etc. Perfekt!!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: kn 450–500
