Libertad - Skokie

Dizzying, divine flavors at this warm and cozy spot in Skokie. Astounded by the complexity, generosity and artistic flair of each plate. I went with my best childhood friend and we had the incredible seared tuna, spicy octopus, chicken flautas, and carne asada. Each dish presented as a poem bursting with its own colorful story. I love Libertad and will go back again and again! Loved the music, ambiance, and warmth of the staff. Highly recommended. Thank you! Xo <3

I love this place accommodating nice on top of their game! Service awesome! food impeccable and a great place to hang! Hugo, Adolpho, and staff so awesome! Even though it is summer it was chilly and they brought out the heat lamp so we could enjoy dinner! It's a be back!!

Loved this restaurant and I’m sorry that I just found it but I will definitely be back. Very interesting food combinations that worked well together. I loved my Espinosa cocktail- smoky mezcal with prickly pear and sage.

I don’t get how people can rate this less than a 5 star. I came from the city and was running late due to traffic, they held our reservation and the service was amazing. We live in the city so really wasn’t too excited about driving to SKOKIE but I can’t thank my buddy enough for recommending this restaurant. Food, staff, drinks were just awesome!!!! My wife already wants to go back for brunch. I don’t think the staff gets enough praise so hopefully this review makes it to their ears.

Outstanding!!! Im a very picky eater and like alot of plain food. I tried every dish on the menu and it was delish!!! Hidden treasure for sure..
