Patisserie - Skaneateles

We are visiting from out of state and tried several items today. The chocolate in their chocolate chip cookies and chocolate croissant is of exceptionally high quality and absolutely delightful. The cookie had a fantastic texture with crisp edges and a chewy center, while the croissant was soft and wonderful. We also sampled a cinnamon apple stick, and the flavor was incredible. The apples in the filling were firm and tasted fresh, perfectly spiced like apple pie. As a bakery owner myself, this experience truly made our trip!

I've always wanted to work here, and hopefully I will soon. My mom worked at this establishment and she loved it. Make sure if your in Skaneateles, stop here and eat on a bench at the lake for an amazing view!

We had Patisserie make our wedding cake, on very short notice, for our January wedding at the Sinclair and they did a fantastic job. We would highly recommend them to anyone else for their wedding cake.

Triple Berry Pie, when available is amazing! Best pie I have ever had period! All pies are fantastic! I live in Liverpool and drive to Skaneatelas to get pies and stretch bread most holidays. And yes I eat a whole loaf of stretch bread on the way home. It's also amazing! You should go here for sure if you don't already.

This bakery offers the best stretch bread, croissants, and desserts—it's simply amazing! Though it's a tiny bakery, the flavors are incredibly bold. Whenever we're in the area, we make sure to stop by and always leave with at least two loaves of stretch bread. The customer service is fantastic, and the quality of the products is excellent.
