Blue Water Grill - Skaneateles

The hostess was extremely unpleasant and unaccommodating. Food was good especially the Buffalo chicken egg rolls. Lina/Lena ? saved the day. She was so sweet and just such a doll.

Walked in on a Friday nite and was seated in about b 20 minutes. Ordered the Santorini steak and the gorgonzola steak special. Both were excellent...full of flavor, good size portions, perfectly done steak. We were seated close to the door. Not very atmospheric but the service was great. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Standing, but don't expect to be woven... There are better choices in town. The good thing is that the service was great and the food came out quite quickly. The environment was so... They sat in a sun room with tile floors, wooden ceiling and glass walls... It was small, crowded, warm, no air movement and possibly the loudest restaurant experience at all, like the sound of 20 dinner conversations at once only blows up all these hard surfaces was deaf. It was difficult to talk to people at your table. The food was good, but not great and on the expensive side, but in an area of out-of-view rents, property prices and property taxes, it is to be expected. It's better than 3 stars, but 4 can be generous, I'll try to be fair again.
