Superb locavore experience in the hotel restaurant ideally located in the heart of the town of Sisteron. a talented young chef recently took over the restaurant and works with passion on mainly organic products in a short supply chain. Special mention goes to the pulled lamb with seasonal vegetables and local apple gazpacho tatin style! the server is passionate and very friendly too! even the bread is taken from the organic baker next door: a pure delight! a great moment of pleasure for lovers of good local products!
