Ristorante con terrazza vista lago eccezionale, parcheggio a poca distanza, piatti buoni e curati. Servizio veloce. Prezzi un pò alti come in tutta la zona. Comunque ci ritorneremo

We came at 20:35 with two very hungry children. it took 10 minutes to get the menus. we should have taken the note. we ordered two dishes for us and two children from nuggets with pommes. it took them an hour! our ask to speed up the dinge on the children, were ignored, the waiters never appeared before or after they found out what we needed, just waved out of the far away. the parts were very small, tiny and the nuggets were mcdonalds level. everything was too expensive. save them the time and angry children. avoid them easily.

Most terrible experience that could happen in the restaurant! 1. 1 our water for risotto my man and I ordered risotto on the list of chefs suggestion. we waited exactly 1 hour and when we finally went, it came up. 2. terrible attitude ok, sometimes, the customers could wait long. but 1 hour? and if the customer gently mentions ZERO apology? worse still, the owner or whatever, she said: “IT arrived, NO?” .and to mention customers, it is normal to say “QUESTI QUA”?? wow. never expected this answer. I lived in italia for 4 years. most Italians I met are kind and generous. happy people are always ready to dance and sing. I would say the dame at cash and the guy who looks like manager are the most unpleasant people I've ever met. please do not say “NO ENGLISH” in super tourist area. whether they understand English or not, it is their problem, it is their ability.
