Nataasan Restaurant - Sipalay

The restaurant had a spacious room, but cleanliness needed improvement as there were a lot of ants. The room service was decent, although our room was not cleaned during our 3-night stay. The hand towels were not sufficient for the number of guests, but extra towels were provided upon request. The staff were polite and friendly.

A very simple 5 stars for this location. beautiful staff, good eating and outsight! Not to mention that they have accommodated our family of 15 with a last minute booking due to a vermishap from a previous resort. kudos team!

The room was a little cramped for our family of 10. but across the whole resort is nice. not advisable for seniors who want to get the beach (too many steps.) free breakfast waffle= desaster! the rice meal takes place.

Rooms that were assigned to us were okay, nothing special, though we chooose bungalow but not perfect sunset or sunrise view, service is excellent crew were very accomodating, eating is worth the price. the location is too far from the airport. this needs personal van or car to go to the place

The place is relaxing as you can see in some other photos, the downside on the other hand is the staff, very unwelcoming, its not good feedback on the resort if i elaborated how rude the staff is... but the place is nice and sturdy even we came there had a typhoon.
