フィードバックを提供するExcellent option for lunch! There was quite a crowd picking up orders, which might explain the slight wait we experienced. If you're in a rush, I recommend placing your order in advance. The staff appeared to be relatively new, but everyone was friendly and made an effort. The food was tasty, and the portion size was more than enough for me!
I found the chicken to be overcooked, and I had to wait 40 minutes for just two bowls. It was frustrating to see others who arrived after me receive their food before I did. The woman at the register was unhelpful and refused to issue a refund. I visit Sioux Falls once a month and usually look forward to enjoying some teriyaki madness, but my recent experiences have been disappointing due to the poor service.
I want to start by mentioning that there's new ownership at this restaurant, which used to be my favorite spot. While the new employees did a commendable job, the woman in charge completely spoiled my experience while I was waiting for my food. I could hear her loudly and unprofessionally reprimanding the staff, and it was evident that she was frustrated with them. Her rude attitude towards her team was off-putting, especially since it was happening in front of customers. Unfortunately, this behavior makes me hesitant to return. On a positive note, Justin, who was just on his second day, was fantastic, and it's hard to believe he was being treated that way by his manager.
In theory, this should be a good novel concept restaurant. But the salmon and chicken are overcooked leaving the meats hard and somewhat inedible. 'Spicy ' is too much (overpowering) spice which defeats the goal of a flavorful meal.Over priced, overly seasoned, poorly prepared food.Solution: re train the cooks please.
Food is was terrible, place is dirty and disgusting. Tables are filthy and grimy. Service is unfriendly and clearly doesnt want to be there....Took 45+ mins to get 2 bowls of food. But after a 45 min wait I was hungry and got what I got...also, don't waste your money upgrading to a large. You don't get more chicken, just more rice.
