Perkins Bakery - Sioux Falls

I'll give them five stars because of effort, and circumstances. We visited shortly after they opened, and on a day that was record low temps, so they were short-staffed and not expecting the lunch crowd that was there! Despite all that, the service was good, the food was good, and overall we had a great experience. They were very apologetic for the wait (less than 10 min), and even offered a free dessert because something wasn't just right with our food (we didn't even notice). We'll definitely be back, as we love the new location.

I visited this restaurant around 10:20 with a few friends. After we sat down, they took our order, but we had to wait about 30 minutes for our drinks and another 40 minutes for our food. Unfortunately, our orders were wrong and not prepared as we requested. We didn’t complain, though! They really need to double-check the food before sending it out, as my friend and I received the wrong dishes, and another friend had issues with his order as well. Despite the mix-ups, the food was still good.

During our visit to Sioux Falls, we decided to try this restaurant. The food was decent, and while the service was a bit slow, our server was delightful. Although we signed up online and were promised a 20% discount, we didn't receive the confirmation email with the discount until the following day. Overall, we likely won't make a special effort to return. I did appreciate the flag being flown at half-mast during our meal, as we were there on September 11th.

The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. I didn't have to wait long for my food. There were a few early risers, but it wasn't too crowded during breakfast hours.

Took forever to even get water to our table, the waitress ignored us, and our salt shaker was crusty. The food was decent. Props to the line cooks. But that was probably one of the worst waitresses I've ever had at a breakfast restaurant. There were 3 other tables along with us, so it wasn't busy by any means. Won't be coming back.
