Mcdonald's - Sioux Falls

Yesterday, I visited McDonald's with a few friends and had a burger that was truly the best I've ever eaten! I even spoke to the manager and asked if I could give the chef a hug, but he said no. Overall, the food was fantastic, and the customer service was excellent!

It wasn't a terrible experience. The staff wasn't rude, but they also didn't come across as particularly welcoming. However, it's a decent spot for a quick bite when you're in a hurry. The food was also quite good.

Order was correct. Hash browns tasted like they were cooked in very.old oil. The real reason for the low review though was the service. The woman who took our order was rude, dismissive and pushy. I understand being flustered during a rush (I 've worked the industry most of my life, including a stint at this location years ago); but you still treat your customers with respect no matter what. Biggest issue with her service was when we went to order the number 7 meal, shown on their display as 2 breakfast burritos a hash brown and a drink. First she only entered one burrito, not the meal. Then when my gf corrected her saying, I wanted the meal. She was very rude and basically told us she couldn 't do that. If they are removing that meal, that 's whatever. But when a customer asks for something and you can 't do it there is a certain level of customer service expected. We ended up ordering the items separately and paying quite a bit more for doing so.

Ordered two (2) burgers and fries. Had to pull around? 15 mins later they got my order wrong. This is the worst McD's in Sioux Falls, go to 26th st.

Typical mcdonalds, would have got 5 stars if the service was faster. they are definitively understated, but hopefully that will change.
