Jacky's Burrito Express Order Online

The food was truly authentic and absolutely delicious. These were the best burritos I've ever had, and I eat a lot of them! We ordered one chicken burrito and one steak burrito, and both were fantastic. The kids had quesadillas, which were also excellent. The tortilla shells are freshly made, adding to the overall experience. It was a great dining experience!

However, I often experience hiccups with the service. On my last visit, my wife ordered online, but when I arrived with the order confirmation, they had no record of it. Instead of having it ready, they hadn't even started it. If you plan to dine in, keep in mind that you need to order at the counter first before sitting down. They’ll take your name and let you know when your food is ready—more on that in a moment. Today, it took 25 minutes from placing our order to being served. You can decide for yourself if that's acceptable, but for a place with "Express" in its name, I think it falls short. One thing I find unappealing is when staff comes by your table to auction off food. They really should implement a table tent number system or something similar. So, if you're not in a hurry, the food here is truly amazing. Just be prepared to stand in line to place your order, as they tend to be quite busy, and then wait for your meal to arrive. It's worth the wait, which is why we return when we have the time, but there’s certainly room for improvement.

I actually love this place, the price is normally good but I'm not sure when you had a upcharge for having rice and beans to a burrito plus the first bite was a big piece of rubbery fat.

This restaurant is fantastic—I would definitely return. The menu offers a variety of options, and the staff were very helpful in quickly guiding me to my choices (as a vegetarian). I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices. I ended up trying the vegetarian burrito, and it was delicious!
