Chef Lance's On Phillips - Sioux Falls

I believe this is undoubtedly the best restaurant in Sioux Falls! I always have a wonderful experience there, and the food is outstanding!

I had the Wellington trio sampler, and it was delicious. The wine recommendation was perfect.

We had a fantastic dinner experience tonight! The new three-course meal was absolutely delightful! Every bite was a pleasure, and the three-course wine pairing was the perfect complement. The Wellington trio was simply delicious! Our server was friendly and attentive, making the evening even more enjoyable. We can't wait to return and see what other wonderful dishes they have to offer!

Chef Lance's on Phillips is the perfect dining experience!Our server, Jacob, was a consummate professional. He knew when to approach the table and when not to. More importantly, his recommendations for our meal were spot on.Salads: My wife enjoyed the Wedge Salad and I enjoyed the Caesar Salad with Salmon. My wife's salad was the perfect portion size. My Caesar salad had an excellent in house dressing which, by adding salmon, made it one of the best Caesar salads I've ever had.My wife had the Smothered Chicken for the main entree. She was effuse in her praise of the dish, it being the perfect portion size not too much, and not too little. I, for the first time in my life, experienced the Beef Wellington, which was accented with a red wine demiglaze, asparagus, mushroom puree in the pastry, and Yukon Gold potatoes. Again, the portion size was perfect. The beef tenderloin melted in my mouth, the pastry was flaky and delicious without being heavy or soggy. The potatoes and asparagus were prepared to perfection.Lastly, the atmosphere. Chef Lance's occupies a large, well ventilated area in the Falls Center building. Despite the size of the room, the team at Chef Lance's has created a very intimate, warm, and, above all, QUIET ambiance that only enhances the experience of fine dining at this, one of Sioux Falls's best dining establishments.Thank you to Chef Lance and his team for making our 32nd wedding anniversary a night to remember. I cannot sing the praises of this restaurant enough. It is a must visit if you are in Sioux Falls and desire a fine dining experience.
