As someone visiting from out of town, I appreciated his ability to share jokes and provide insights about the area. Overall, my experience was unforgettable, and I definitely plan to return soon!
The pretzel! This seemingly simple dish has its origins deeply rooted in Bavarian tradition. Made from sourdough, salt, kneaded by hand, twisted, and baked to perfection, it embodies the idea that the simplest things in life are often the most satisfying. With a salty crust enveloping a warm, soft center, it’s irresistible. A quick dip in mustard or melted cheese takes you straight to pretzel heaven. For some, hand-crafted pretzels are a true work of art, while for others, they are simply a fantastic snack or appetizer. It’s a pretzel you can rely on!
The food was unimpressive and overpriced for what you get. The service was lacking; the waitress would stop for just a moment before disappearing into the back. I only saw her to take my order, deliver my food, and bring the check. If you're just looking to enjoy a drink while watching Monday Night Football, this place might work for you, but otherwise, I recommend finding a better option.
We had cheese curds as an appetizer. The ranch served with it was amazing. If you're a ranch connoisseur like a true Midwestern, you'll know what I mean. My husband and I both had a smash burger. A little small, but so tasty. The sweet potato fries were perfectly done. I ordered a side of honey mustard with them and it wasn't just honey added to yellow mustard. It was stone ground mustard with a sweet honey taste. We both had dessert. Pictured is the lava cake. You can
Food was cold, very bland. French dressing was not good. Shirley temple was not mixed well. Spinach Artichoke was very bland, tasted like just cream cheese. Caso was also cold. Would not recommend. Waitress was nice though.
