Mcdonald's - Sioux City

Once again, they managed to mess up my order, even though the place wasn't busy. When I order a McDouble, I expect to get one, not more than that.

Every time I visit this particular McDonald's on Hamilton Boulevard, the service is consistently terrible. They often forget orders or treat customers poorly, shouting at them and making them feel like they are unworthy. I have returned several times recently to see if there has been any improvement, but the service remains just as bad, if not worse. Additionally, they close at 9:00 or 10:00 p.m., making it impossible to get food late at night, which is incredibly frustrating. It's disappointing to see such a decline in service from what used to be a once-great chain.

It seems that the restaurant closes at 11 o'clock, but they turned off all the lights well before 10. The food is generally mishandled and is usually cold when received through the drive-thru.

I always wonder why they exclude at 11 o'clock with all the light it is 24/7? I really live close to this and I have to go south sioux to get food. could I get an answer why they're close?

Always good and fast food. The only complaint is that the fries were quite cold coming out of the bag. I know they are not always going to be fresh but warm fries are something that I expect.
