Walmart Supercenter - Sioux Center

This store is a complete nightmare. The management has zero clue about good customer service. They have zero clue about how to properly run this store. I’ve lost count of how many issues I’ve had there over the years. Here’s the thing about Walmart. They know that they are such a big company. They know that they carry things we need, that no one else carries. Walmart can have terrible customer satisfaction and it doesn’t matter. They’ve placed themselves in a place in the market where customers have to come back no matter what. So they can get away unscathed with their bad customer satisfaction and poor service. If you go to this store, don’t expect much.

Like the store, prices,what I don't buy is the groceries,but everything else for the home I do.

It's hard to get someone to help you, but when they do they try to do anything to solve your problem.

Ran into a word issue with the self check out chip reader, otherwise the store is nice

Had everything I wanted
